We are currently seeking a motivated, entry-level Dental Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for college students that are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the dental or healthcare administrative field.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, training-friendly, and eager to develop new skills. Strong communication skills and a positive, motivated attitude are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
Communicate with insurance providers and internal team members
Accurately document insurance details and patient benefit information
Maintain organized and detailed records
Follow established processes while learning insurance verification workflows
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled college students encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Training-friendly with the ability to quickly grasp new information
Detail-oriented and organized
Prior dental or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
