Fast-Paced Private Dental Office | 1–2+ Years Dental Experience Preferred

We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and personable Dental Front Desk Team Member to join our busy private dental practice. We need someone who can keep up with a fast-paced environment while still providing patients with a welcoming, positive experience.

Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, pays attention to the details, and can confidently handle multiple responsibilities without becoming overwhelmed when things get busy.

What we’re looking for:

* At least 1–2 years of dental office/front desk experience
* Basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures
* Understanding of dental insurance, benefits, patient portions, and basic coverage
* Comfortable reviewing and presenting treatment plans and financial expectations with patients
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable performing basic dental software tasks such as scheduling, patient accounts, treatment plans, insurance information, and notes
* Quick learner — our dental software is very user-friendly and can be learned quickly with the right foundation
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to think outside the box and problem-solve to help patients and the practice
* Remains calm and professional under pressure
* Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with patients both in person and over the phone
* Trustworthy and dependable
* Strong work ethic and a team-player mentality
* Reliable attendance and punctuality are extremely important
