Lead RDA back office supervisor
LOCATION
Redlands, CAWe are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join a busy, patient-focused dental office serving general, oral surgery, PPO, and private patients in a single-doctor practice. This is a full-time opportunity for a high-performing back office professional who naturally leads by example, coaches teammates, and helps improve daily systems while continuing to work clinically.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and is confident supporting a wide range of procedures, including chairside assistance, four-handed dentistry, extractions, implants, bone grafting, root canals, crowns, bridges, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, orthodontics, restorative procedures, and oral surgery care. Experience with digital radiology, DEXIS, Dentrix, Medit, intraoral cameras, CAD/CAM, impressions, temporary crown fabrication, charting, treatment planning, sterilization, infection control, and CPR certification is highly valued. Familiarity with nitrous oxide and IV sedation monitoring, suture removal, sealants, and patient comfort measures is also important.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.
Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), profit sharing, vacation, and sick pay. Street parking is available.
