Front Desk Receptionist
Join Our Dynamic Dental Team!
Are you an organized and motivated individual looking to work in a fast-paced dental office? We are seeking a dedicated front office team member to join our practice, which offers a blend of general dentistry services, including both single and multi-doctor support, as well as accepting PPO and private insurance plans.
In this full-time role, you will be the face of our office, welcoming patients and managing their experiences with exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling appointments using Open Dental software, effectively communicating between the back and front office, and assisting patients with insurance inquiries.
Ideal candidates will possess strong multi-tasking skills and a solid understanding of dental insurance processes, ensuring a smooth operation on both sides of the office. A high school diploma is required, and we're looking for individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our team and patients, providing personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
