RDA 4+ years

We are seeking an additional dedicated and enthusiastic Strong RDA to support our single-doctor office focused on providing exceptional general dentistry services. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding patient experiences.

In this full-time position, you will work with another RDA and assist with various dental procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, maintain an organized treatment area, and help with patient management. Order and stock supplies.

Our practice is equipped with advanced facilities, combining the latest technology with a warm and welcoming environment. We take the safety of our team and patients seriously by providing comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of experience!!

Must be a Team player with a friendly smile!
Have a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Have experience with root canals, tooth extractions, fillings, crown and bridge.
Must be able to fabricate good temporary crowns. Know how to place cord packing.
Coronal polishing
Zoom whitening, bleach trays and Essix retainers a plus +
Intro-oral images and take good x-rays
Take alginate impressions and pour stone models.
I-Tero knowledge a plus!
Take Theral notes and provide post instructions if required.
Be well organized with excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills and time management
Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work environment
Follow directions accurately and effectively
Be passionate about serving patients and delivering excellent customer service.

Our beautiful Practice is privately owned by a passionate Dentist of 20 years' experience. We use Open Dental. We are a peaceful and supportive Practice. We provide training and we are very friendly Family like Practice. Come Join our amazing team! Hours are Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri 8:30-4:30. Willing to work 1-2 Saturdays a month if possible.
Pay is from $24-30 depends on experience.
