General Dentist (Part-Time)

We are a women-owned, privately owned dental practice that has proudly served the Harlem community for over 50 years, caring for generations of families. We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented General Dentist to join our close-knit, long-standing team.

• Compensation: $800–$1,000 per day / Production bonus 15-25% of doctor collection

• Office Hours: Tuesday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Role:
• Provide high-quality general dental care, including comprehensive exams, restorative treatments, endodontics, extractions, and crown & bridge procedures
• Formulate comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Educate and empower patients through clear communication and relationship-building
• Lead and collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front-desk staff
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation

Qualifications:
• Valid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active New York Dental License in good standing (or eligible)
• 2+ years of clinical experience as a General Dentist (or GPR/AEGD residency completion)
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Dentrix, iTero, and Dexis digital X-rays preferred
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach to patient care
