We are a friendly, well-established private dental practice located near U-Village in Seattle, proudly serving our community for over 20 years. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our supportive team!

Assisted Hygiene with Staggered Patient Scheduling

We use a well-organized, double-column assisted hygiene model designed to maximize efficiency without compromising patient care.

- Staggered appointments: Patients are scheduled at staggered intervals in two treatment rooms, allowing for a smooth, manageable workflow rather than having two patients arrive simultaneously.

- Dedicated dental assistant: You will work with your own assistant, who helps with room preparation, radiographs, sterilization, turnover, and other supporting tasks.

- Focus on clinical care: Our assisted hygiene model allows you to spend more time on periodontal care, patient education, and clinical procedures.

- Team-oriented environment: Our experienced dentists, assistants, and front office team work together to keep the schedule running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other preventive procedures.

- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed and within the scope of licensure.

- Assess periodontal health and provide individualized oral hygiene instructions.

- Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistant to deliver high-quality, efficient care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

- Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license.

- Excellent clinical skills and strong patient communication.

- Comfortable working in a staggered, assisted double-column hygiene environment.

- Ability to balance efficiency with compassionate, high-quality patient care.

- Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required.

- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
