Full Time Pediatric/ Orthodontic Dental Receptionist
LOCATION
Harrison, NYWe are a growing dental practice seeking a reliable, motivated front office team member for a full-time position. Our office is state of the art, clean, and friendly, with a supportive team environment and convenient parking lot access. This role supports a busy practice that includes pedodontics, orthodontics, multi-specialty care, single doctor and multi doctor providers, as well as Medicaid, PPO, and private insurance patients.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience and brings strong computer skills, communication skills, dental knowledge, insurance knowledge, and self-motivation. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include patient charting, patient education, patient recall, oral hygiene instruction, ordering supplies, and assisting with chair side duties and four-handed dentistry as needed. Experience with instrument sterilization, extractions, and pit and fissure sealants is a plus.
You will work with scheduling software including Curve and Ortho Edge. We provide PPE such as disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include PTO, sick time for full-time staff, and medical coverage. Lunch breaks are 30 minutes in the summer and 1 hour starting in fall. Starting pay is $18–25 per hour, based on experience. We are looking to hire immediately.
