Required Professional Experience & Skills

Foundational Skills
**Minimum 5 years of experience including 2 years digital dentistry**
-We are looking for candidates who are already proficient in the following areas:
-Simple extractions
-Surgical extractions
-Restorative (fillings)
-Crown and bridge

Advanced Skillset
In addition to foundational knowledge, you must be proficient assisting with:
-Digital dentistry
-Bone grafting
-Ridge preservation
-Sinus lifts
-Full-arch implant surgery (All-on-x)
-Implant impressions
-Photogrammetry
-Denture conversion
-English/Spanish bilingual (Required)

Required Licenses & Certifications
-AZ Radiology Certification (Required)
-CPR/BLS Certification (Required)
-Coronal Polishing Certificate (Preferred)

Typical Duties
-Assist the dentist during all procedures by passing instruments and materials
-Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring comfort
-Maintain a clean, sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
-Process dental x-rays and assist with radiographic imaging
-Prepare and manage tray setups for various dental procedures including All-on-4, All-on-X, bone grafts, photogrammetry, etc.
-Obtain and update patient dental records and health histories
-Educate patients on postoperative care and general oral health
-Manage suction and keep the patient’s mouth dry and clear during treatment

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends—we value family time). Occasionally, dental assistants may be required to accommodate surgeries scheduled for 7:00 AM, particularly when patients are undergoing sedation.
