We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental, Front Office Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work within a multi-doctor environment focused on high-quality patient care.
As a Dental Office Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, handling insurance claims, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing exceptional customer service that creates a welcoming environment for our patients. We believe in the importance of a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude, so a passion for helping others and a willingness to smile are essential.
Our practice values safety and takes extensive precautions to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and patients. We provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A supportive lunch break of 30 minutes is also included during your workday.
Candidates must possess at least two years of relevant experience in a dental office setting. Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients are crucial for this role. Additionally, being a team player with a friendly disposition will help you thrive in our collaborative environment.
