Ithaca, NYTwin Sheep Dentistry is a thriving, 100% fee-for-service dental practice located in Ithaca, New York, home to the prestigious Cornell University. Our modern facility features 11 spacious and state-of-the-art operatories, creating an ideal environment for both patients and dental professionals.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality dentistry in a supportive and innovative setting.
About Us:
• Bright, spacious office designed for comfort and efficiency
• Cutting-edge technology: Intraoral scanners, CBCT, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and a full-service in-house dental lab

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused dental care
• Perform exams and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
Qualifications:
• DDS/DMD degree
• Valid New York State dental license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
• Competitive daily rate to start, transitioning to a percentage of production
• Annual earning potential of $200,000-$300,000+
