Waterview Dental Group is seeking a warm, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our compassionate and professional dental team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring each patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Position Details
Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Waterview Dental Group, 553 Portland Cobalt Road, Portland, Connecticut

Start Date: Open

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday: Off

Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, confirm visits

Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality

Handle insurance verifications and co-pay collections

Support the clinical team with administrative needs as required

Requirements
Previous dental or medical front desk experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with dental software Dentrix is a plus

Professional, team-oriented, and customer-focused
