We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Front Desk Associatewho loves working with people and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.

As one of the first faces our patients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping our schedules running smoothly, and ensuring every patient receives the outstanding care and attention they deserve.

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude and provide an outstanding check-in and check-out experience.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and make outbound calls as needed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to maintain an efficient and productive schedule.
- Assist in managing both doctor and hygiene schedules, minimizing openings and maximizing patient flow.
- Work closely with the Treatment Coordinator and clinical team to ensure seamless patient communication and care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and account transactions.
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow established office scheduling procedures.
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office.
- Monitor and order administrative and office supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- A positive, dependable attitude and willingness to support the team.
- Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.
- A professional, friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail.
