RDH FULL/PART TIME

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our growing dental family in a modern, welcoming practice serving general, PPO, and private patients. This is a full-time position in a well-organized dental office that values professionalism, teamwork, and excellent clinical care. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend about 1 hour with each patient, allowing you to provide thorough, individualized treatment and education. We believe in giving our hygiene team the time and support needed to deliver a high standard of care without feeling rushed.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, polishing, scaling, and patient education. You will also help identify oral conditions, document findings accurately, and support the dentist and clinical team in providing comprehensive care. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients are essential. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping patients understand the importance of preventive care and who can contribute positively to a warm, family-oriented environment.

We value the safety and comfort of our team and provide personal protective equipment including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A 1-hour lunch break is provided during the workday to help support a healthy balance.

Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and other standard employee offerings. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience and is comfortable working in a private-owned practice setting. Compensation is hourly and based on experience.
