Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator at a General/Family Dental Office in Katy

When it comes to our patient experience, our Front Office Team are the first people and the last people most patients see. You're responsible for greeting and signing in patients, scheduling and confirming appointments and providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone. You'll also handle important office procedures that keep our clinical and office staff working efficiently.
As a Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator, your responsibilities are:
Managing all day-to-day operations of the dental office
Handling all patient service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Building office morale to support company culture
Auditing patient accounts to ensure accuracy
Presenting treatment plans and assisting guests with overcoming financial obstacles
Completing daily and monthly reporting
Performing other duties as required to support the office
Report directly to the office manager, dentists, and managing partners.
Qualifications:
A welcoming smile and positive attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
The desire and ability to connect with and serve patients
Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of Dental experience preferred
Willing to train the right team member
