Schedule & Hours
Days: Tuesday through Friday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
Patient Hours: 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
Morning Huddle: 8:15 AM daily (We start our days aligned and prepared as a team)

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $50.00 per hour

Our Technology Stack

Open Dental (Practice Management Software)
Flex Software (Patient Communication & Engagement Integration)
Dexis (Digital Imaging)
iTero Scanner (Digital Impressions & Wellness Scanning)

Key Responsibilities & Appointment Pacing
Deliver exceptional, personalized clinical care and patient education.
Manage well-paced appointment times designed for quality care:
60-minute Recall appointments
90-minute New Patient appointments
90-minute 1/2 Mouth Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) blocks
Proficiently assist in diagnosing periodontal disease by utilizing AAP Staging and Grading guidelines.
Take high-quality, diagnostic digital X-rays utilizing Dexis to ensure accurate clinical assessments.
Perform routine iTero digital scans for patients once a year as part of our comprehensive Wellness Scan protocol.
Accurately document patient charts, treatment plans, and notes within Open Dental.
Utilize Flex Software for seamless patient communication, digital forms, and patient engagement tracking.
Participate actively in our daily 8:15 AM morning huddle to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
Maintain the highest standards of infection control and sterilization.

Qualifications
Valid State Dental Hygienist License (RDH).
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical background with expertise in periodontal classification (Staging and Grading).
Strong skill set in capturing clear, high-quality diagnostic radiographs.
Experience with digital scanning (iTero) for wellness tracking or impressions is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Open Dental, Flex, and Dexis is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a reliable work ethic.
