Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator

Private Dental Office – Allen/McKinney Area
4 days/week (32–36 hours) | Minimum 2 years dental office experience required

We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice in the Allen/McKinney area seeking an experienced Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and confident in discussing treatment plans and insurance with patients.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
Verify dental insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage
Present treatment plans with confidence and strong case acceptance
Review financial/payment options professionally
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records, billing, and insurance posting
Track and coordinate lab cases
Audit charts for accurate ledgers and complete clinical notes
Answer phones, assist patient inquiries, and support daily front office operations
Keep the front desk and reception area organized, clean, and professional
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office (required)
Dual-trained in front office + dental assisting is preferred
Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims
Experience in treatment plan (TX) presentation with high case acceptance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Schedule

4 days per week
32–36 hours per week
Consistent schedule in a supportive, modern office
