At our established and growing private practice, we prioritize delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive environment. Woodmoor Family Dentistry serves patients of all ages and fosters long-lasting relationships built on trust and education. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis, as we prepare to transition responsibilities with the retirement of our current hygienist.
As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with patients during one-hour appointments, enabling you to provide personalized and thorough care without the pressure of accelerated hygiene schedules. This approach allows you to effectively educate patients on their oral health and treatment options, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
Our practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering flexibility in hours to accommodate your needs. As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our team and patients, we provide comprehensive personal protective equipment, including face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- A valid dental hygiene license
- Proficiency in utilizing Carestream and Open Dental software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for patient education and preventive care
