Practice Environment:
Our office is characterized by a fast-paced and productive atmosphere. We pride ourselves on maintaining a steady flow of patients, with a diverse mix of PPO, cash, and some Denti-Cal. Unlike traditional, slower practices, we foster an environment where both clinical aptitude and production are prioritized. Here’s what makes our office unique:

- Digital Workflow: We employ a fully digital workflow, equipped with cutting-edge technology including intraoral scanning (iTero), streamlining the patient experience and enhancing treatment efficiency.
- Comprehensive Procedure Range: Associates can expect to perform a wide variety of procedures, including restorative work, crown and bridge, extractions (both simple and surgical), and implant placement and restoration for experienced providers. Additionally, we are a recognized Invisalign provider, allowing for further skill enhancement in clear aligner therapy.
- Supportive Team: Our strong front office and treatment coordination team focus on enhancing case acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and providers. You will have clinical autonomy with readily available support.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking confident and ethical associates who are not just looking to complete their daily tasks but are driven to grow and thrive. Ideal candidates should be comfortable discussing treatment options with patients and possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in general dental procedures, including restorative, endodontics, and oral surgery
- Familiarity with modern dental software such as Dentrix, Open Dental, SoftDent, and Carestream
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality care

Compensation:
Join us with a competitive daily rate of $750, commensurate with experience, inclusive of production incentives.
