Dental Assistant/full time or Part time

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a busy, patient-focused dental office offering general and cosmetic dentistry, along with general, oral surgery, and endodontic services. This is a great opportunity for a dependable team member with at least one year of experience and a strong background in general dentistry assisting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting single-doctor practice operations and working with a diverse patient base, including Medicaid, PPO, and private patients. Responsibilities include assisting with restorative procedures, extractions, root canals, bridges, bone grafting, taking impressions, ultrasonic scaling, Cavitron use, Arestin therapy, bleaching, Zoom whitening, treatment planning support, oral hygiene instruction, infection control, instrument sterilization, and patient care. CPR certification, strong customer service skills, and a professional, compassionate approach are highly valued.

Cross-training is welcome if desired. A high school education is required, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn is essential. The office provides disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks for safety. Parking is available in the same building/shopping center, and the schedule includes an hour lunch break. Pay is based on experience and is negotiable.
