Orthodontic Chairside Assistant, Willing to Train

Rose Orthodontics is growing and we are looking for the right person to join our team. The ideal Rose Orthodontics team member will possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic with attention to detail and follow through. Concise and honest communication skills are a must and a good sense of humor is just icing on the cake. We are a 5 star quality (drama-free) team committed to excellent patient care and exceptional service. Pay is commensurate with experience. The Orthodontic Assistant job duties include (but are not limited to) the following. Apply ONLY if you have at least 1 year of dental experience:
Providing amazing patient care and customer service at all times
Overseeing all appliance/retainer tracking
Managing a fast-paced patient schedule
Acquiring pans, cephs, intra-oral photographs, Itero scans and impressions
Utilizing electronic charting of the patient's treatment. Specific knowledge of Cloud9 is a plus (but not required)
Sterilizing orthodontic instruments and work stations in accordance with safety standards
Perform in house lab work when needed
Prepping trays for all appointments
Giving care instructions to patients and parents
Communicating with patients via text and email when necessary
The candidate must exhibit:
Concise and honest communication skills

Attention to detail
The desire to be part of a team
You also must have proof of your Hep B vaccination and a current Ohio Radiology License.

This job is subject to an initial 90 day probationary period
