Dental Front Office

LOCATION
Corona Del Mar, CA

EXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL OFFICE AS FRONT OFFICE IS REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE-IT IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION.

We are searching for an experienced patient care treatment coordinator to join our team. Prior dental office experience is required. The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional, intelligent, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and friendly. Our patients are the highest priority and excellent customer service and patient care is key to the success of the office.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

This is a client facing/relationship building position. Basic Responsibilities will include:

-Greeting patients as they arrive

-Checking and out patients

- Discussing patient care and treatment plan details

-Discussing and collecting amounts due for treatments

-Answering phones, texts, emails

-Scheduling and confirming appointments

-Contacting patients for pending treatment follow ups

- Presenting treatment plans and coordinating patient care

Qualifications:
- Must have a great attitude, be able to multi-task, and have a strong work ethic.
- Eaglesoft knowledge a plus but WILL TRAIN the right candidate
- Excellent customer service skills are REQUIRED

- Office hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm
