Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused dental assistant to join our full-time team in a family-owned general, multi-doctor, private practice. This position is available due to maternity leave coverage, with the opportunity to become part of a long-standing office culture built on teamwork, support, and consistency.

Our practice has been established for over 40 years and includes a strong, experienced team of dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front desk staff. We value longevity, collaboration, and a positive environment where no one is left to work alone. Daily responsibilities may include chairside assistance, digital scanning, digital radiography, charting, sterilization support, patient education, restorative procedures, and assisting with crowns, endo, and aligner cases. Experience with Open Dental and Carestream is preferred. Special skills such as in-office crowns, digital scanning, endo, and aligners are highly valued.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of chairside experience.

We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent patient care. High school education required.

We offer health insurance covered at 85%, PTO, vacation, paid holidays, and a 401k. Pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. Lunch break is 1 hour. PPE provided includes jackets (laundry facility on site), nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available at the back of the building for staff.
