Dental Assistant / Front Office Coordinator

Compensation: $27–$30/hour Schedule: Monday & Tuesday

Clinical Assisting
● Chairside support for dental and prosthodontic procedures
● Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans (iTero experience preferred)
● Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
● Assist with lab case coordination and follow-up
● Support workflow for sleep apnea appliances and adjustments

Front Office & Patient Care
● Greet patients, manage check-in/out, and handle scheduling
● Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
● Manage phones, confirmations, payments, and treatment plans
● Coordinate insurance verifications (fee-for-service model)
● Oversee supply ordering, inventory, and lab tracking

What We’re Looking For
● Experience: Dental assisting background and Dentrix knowledge
● Credentials: Current CPR certification
● Technical: Skilled with intraoral scanning (iTero a plus)
● Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational ability
● Mindset: Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
