Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION
Millburn, NJJoin our dynamic team at a Arthur Greyf, DDS, FICOI, a private All on X, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry practice located in beautiful downtown Millburn, NJ. We are excited to announce a full-time position for a dedicated New Patient Treatment Coordinator as our practice continues to grow.
In this multifaceted role, you will support our talented doctors in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include fielding new patient leads, scheduling appointments, presenting treatment, social media posts, and consultation follow-up.
We provide a comprehensive set of personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, and gloves, to ensure your safety and that of our patients. The position offers a paid lunch break of 20 minutes or a longer unpaid lunch, or a longer unpaid lunch, allowing you to recharge throughout the day.
Our current office hours: Mon-Wed 10 am to 7 pm, Thursday 9 am to 6 pm.
