What You’ll Do
As our RDA, you’ll play a vital role in creating a smooth, comfortable patient experience by:
Assisting doctors chairside with a variety of procedures (general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical)
Preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms and instruments
Taking x-rays and impressions as needed
Helping patients feel relaxed, informed, and cared for
Supporting front and back office flow to keep the day running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
Active Texas RDA license (required)
Positive, patient-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Bonus: Experience with Open Dental or similar software
