Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Flower Mound, TXWe are a growing general dental practice seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our clinical and patient care efforts in a busy, professional environment. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a dental setting and a high school education. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable helping patients feel at ease while assisting the dentist and hygienist with day-to-day procedures and office flow.
Responsibilities may include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and recording patient information, assisting during procedures, maintaining clean and stocked operatories, and following infection-control protocols. A strong commitment to patient comfort, teamwork, and quality care is essential.
This practice provides a safe work environment with PPE including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, regular masks, N95 masks, and respirator masks. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
