Oral Surgeon needed for in-house Specialty in Bakersfield, CA

Position Overview:

Provide your expertise with our thriving practice in Bakersfield, where we prioritize patient care and innovation in oral surgery. As we prepare to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to deliver exceptional surgical services with a focus on sedation dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of dentoalveolar surgeries with sedation as the primary method of anesthesia.
- Assess cases and determine the best approach for treatment, with the discretion to refer out when necessary.
- Collaborate with a well-trained staff who will assist with IV line placements and medication preparation.
- Maintain a high standard of care in accordance with OMSA and ACLS certifications.

What We Offer:

- Competitive compensation: Earn 40% of production with expected daily production of $15,000 - $20,000.
- A steady flow of patients: Primarily DentiCal cases (approximately 85%).
- An organized and supportive environment with comprehensive coverage of supplies and staffing.
- Opportunity to conduct 10-15 sedations based on your capacity.
