Seek a full time RDA ( Mon-Thurs )

We are seeking a full-time RDA to join our team, who has the essential skills of : 1) digital scan ( Trios ) and model pouring, 2) temp crown/bridge, 3) phone skills. At least 3 years of DA experience is preferred.

This position is 4 days/week ( Mon-Thurs ). Business hours: 10am-7pm. Pay rate: $22-24/hr. Benefit: PTO, medical insurance, dental benefit. Our office is a private dental practice ( not a corporate office ) with positive and friendly culture. We have top-rated google reviews and is dedicated in serving Flower Mound, Lewisville and nearby communities.
As a RDA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth patient flow and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, have a friendly manner and reliable work ethics.
Duties and Requirements:
A) Back office skills:
- chairside assisting ( Eaglesoft ), x rays, coronal polishing, digital impression, temp crown, model pouring etc
- Ability to prioritize tasks, attention to details and work efficiently under pressure
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
B) Front office skills:
- Greet, check in and check out patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries professionally and courteously
- schedule management
- call insurance companies for inquiries

This is a 4-op solo general dental practice, started in 2013. It's in a professional, peaceful and beautiful industrial park and the practice itself has a friendly, calm and relaxing atmosphere.   We are open 10am-7pm Mon-Thurs.   The procedures are mostly bread-and-butter dentistry with single column schedule.  Office has 2 DAs, need temp DA when one DA is out.  Cross-trained DA works well at our office.
