Responsibilities
Assist the doctors during a variety of dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready.
Take high-quality digital radiographs.
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
Educate patients before and after treatment.
Keep treatment rooms organized and efficiently turned over.
Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.
Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members.
Qualifications

Required:

Current certification to take dental radiographs in North Carolina.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred (Not Required):

Previous dental assisting experience.
Knowledge of dental terminology and common dental procedures.
Experience with digital dentistry, scanners, and modern dental technology.
Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software.
