Dental Hygienist

Are you a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist looking to make a difference in your community? We invite you to become part of our non-profit healthcare team, where your expertise will contribute to the health and well-being of our diverse patient population.
Our practice emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and professional environment. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be instrumental in providing a comprehensive range of services to our patients, including but not limited to antimicrobial placement, gingivitis screening and treatment, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and oral hygiene instruction. Working closely with our single-doctor practice, you will be valued for your contributions and supported in your professional growth.
Appointments typically range from 45 minutes for children to 1 hour for adults, allowing you to establish strong relationships with your patients. You will actively participate in treatment planning, periodontal screenings, and patient education, playing a key role in promoting optimal oral health.
To thrive in this position, you will need a current Tennessee RDH license and be CPR certified. Your expertise in procedures such as calculus removal, pit and fissure sealants, and the use of intraoral cameras will support our mission of providing exceptional care to a wide demographic, including special needs patients.
