We are a fast-paced, modern dental practice located in Lincoln Park, specializing in both cosmetic and general procedures. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a motivated and organized front office professional to join our front desk team of four!

In this full-time role, you will be essential in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. The ideal candidate will have dental experience, with a solid understanding of how a dental office operates; including terminology, insurance and treatment plan discussions. Other recurring administrative tasks include, but not limited to: checking in cases daily, opening mail and sending our accountants office bills to be paid, ordering general office supplies, social media posting.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $25-$28 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including health and life insurance, guaranteed sick pay, vacation (which increases with tenure) and a 401k plan.

Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5pm.
Occasional Saturdays (once per month in summer, twice per month in winter), 7:30am-2pm- not a full staff needed these days, so we rotate between front desk.
Very occasional Fridays, 7:30am-3pm- not a full staff needed these days, so we rotate between front desk.

We value patient education and communication, therefore we do take *one full hour* with our hygiene appointments.
