Registered Dental Assistant /RDA
LOCATION
Concord, CAWe are seeking an experienced dental team member to join a busy, patient-focused practice serving general, multi-doctor, PPO, and private patients. This full-time role is ideal for a reliable professional with at least 4 years of experience and a strong background in Registered Dental Assistant functions.
Key responsibilities include chairside assistance, preparing treatment areas, taking and processing dental radiographs, sterilizing and maintaining instruments, supporting patient comfort, and helping ensure smooth daily patient flow. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, and able to work well in a fast-paced dental office while maintaining excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Cross-training is not necessary for this position. We provide a supportive work environment with parking available outside the office, along with the following PPE for safety and comfort: disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
This position offers an hourly wage, insurance, and paid time off. Lunch breaks are 1 hour during weekdays and 30 minutes on Saturdays. If you are committed to quality patient care and ready to contribute to a professional dental team, this could be the right opportunity for you.
