Hygienist needed Tue 9-5, Wed 8-4 & Thu 8-4

We are seeking a skilled, personable dental professional to join a busy, patient-focused dental practice on a part-time basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys delivering high-quality preventive care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Our practice is a general dental office and operates in a 2 doctor setting, with a strong emphasis on PPO and private care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with dentists and clinical team members to provide efficient, thorough, and compassionate treatment. We value professionalism, strong communication, and a commitment to patient education.

The right candidate will bring a solid foundation in dental hygiene, an understanding of periodontal health, and the ability to provide routine prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, digital radiographs, and patient instruction on home care and preventive strategies. Attention to detail and a calm, reassuring manner are essential, as is the ability to help patients feel informed and at ease throughout their visit.

This position is well suited for someone who appreciates a structured, consistent schedule and enjoys contributing to a practice where teamwork and quality care are priorities. The office schedule is Tuesday 9-5, Wednesday 8-4 and Thursday 8-4 making this a part-time opportunity with a predictable weekly routine.

Candidates should have an associate or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene and maintain the licensure and certifications required to practice in a clinical setting. Strong clinical judgment, time management, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care are important for success in this role. Experience in a general dental environment is preferred, though new graduates with excellent skills and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.
