Full-time Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Austin, TXWe are a growing general dental practice seeking a dependable and motivated dental assistant to join our full-time team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and is ready to contribute to a supportive office.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in 4-handed dentistry, an extreme attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Being bilingual would be helpful and valued in communicating with a diverse patient base. Cross-training would be nice, but it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities may include assisting during a variety of general dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining organized clinical records, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. A high school education or equivalent is preferred.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00–$25.00, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, short-term disability, and long-term disability. Lunch breaks are typically 30 minutes to an hour depending on the day.
