Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our thriving dental practice. Our office prides itself on delivering exceptional patient care across various specialties, including General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and more. As a full-time member of our team, you will enjoy a supportive environment that values both professional development and work-life balance.

Our practice operates without the constraints of evenings or weekends, allowing for a flexible schedule that accommodates your personal life. We offer a comfortable workspace with ample parking available, ensuring a hassle-free start to your workday.

You will engage with patients in a manner that promotes comfort and oral health, with an opportunity to provide individualized care.

Typically, you will spend up to 60 minutes on prophylaxis with each patient, sometimes working one-on-one or in a two-chair setup. Your skills and expertise will be crucial in delivering top-notch services tailored to each patient's specific dental needs.

We prioritize safety and compliance, providing our staff with a comprehensive range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Additionally, you will benefit from a full hour for your lunch break, allowing you to recharge during your busy day.

While we welcome candidates with experience, our team is open to training those who are eager to learn. A valid Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license is required for this position.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive compensation package starting between $40-60/hour, plus performance bonuses. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
