Full-time Orthodontic Technician

Meadows Orthodontics is a two-location full-time PRIVATE practice in Castle Rock, CO. Dr. Rejman is a Board Certified Orthodontist who is currently serving as a Director of the American Board of Orthodontics for the country.

Despite many orthodontic offices selling to corporate chains, we will remain a private practice... peace of mind for our future employees.

We are a fun, positive, hard working office. We are all TEAM PLAYERS, flexible, and don't mind hard work! We simply don't complain... we find solutions to our problems! We can teach the right person how to be an orthodontic technician, but we recognize that we cannot teach personality or attitude... so those things are MUCH more important to us than skill level. Having said that, we LOVE orthodontic experience, applicants who are devoted to dentistry long-term, and people who have excellent fine motor skills and eyesight.

We have potlucks and a holiday party, offer monthly bonuses if we hit our goals, and treat our employees like gold. The four employees who are departing this summer (leaving for medical and relocation reasons) have been with us for 5, 7, 8 and 8 years).

We start at 7:40 AM every morning (arrival time) and finish at 5:10 PM except for Tuesdays (5:30 PM). Our staff works at least one Friday per month from 7:40 AM - 1:10 PM (sign-up Fridays). Some staff who like more hours sign up for two per month. This means you have at least two 3-day weekends. We also take off 3-5 weeks per year.

Benefits include paid vacation days and a 401K matching program after one year of work. Immediate benefits include monthly bonuses (when we hit our goals), paid sick pay (we are strict about following the Colorado Sick Pay Law that began in 2022) and paid holidays for our full-time employees.
