Job Description: Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The RDA will support the dentist in all aspects of patient care, providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with dental procedures, taking and developing X-rays, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patients feel comfortable during their visit. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection control protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines

Requirements:
• Current RDA license
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care
