Job Title: Dental Patient Coordinator
Location: 7685 Mclaughlin Rd, Falcon, CO 80831
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and 1 Saturday per month, 8 AM to 2 PM

That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Professional to join our team as our Patient Coordinator. If you have a background in a dental office and love making patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:
• Be the friendly, welcoming face patients first meet—both in person and over the phone
• Manage the schedule with precision to keep our day running smoothly
• Verify insurance and help patients understand their financial options
• Collect and process payments accurately
• Enter treatment plans and financial information is up-to-date in our software (Denticon experience a plus)
• Keep patient records organized and accurate
• Support the dental team with clear communication and coordination
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming front office environment

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous dental front office experience is REQUIRED (scheduling, insurance, and treatment planning)
• Proficiency with dental software (Denticon a plus)
• Exceptional people skills—you know how to make patients feel comfortable & cared for
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a busy office setting
• A positive, team-focused attitude
