As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a critical role in executing our mission. You will work closely with our dedicated staff to ensure that every patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Our ideal candidate is a Colorado-licensed Dental Hygienist who is outgoing, friendly, and possesses a collaborative spirit. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough periodontal screenings, providing professional prophylaxis, and performing scaling and root planing, all while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

We're looking for an individual with a Dental Hygiene Degree who is well-versed in the latest techniques, including Cavitron usage, fluoride treatments, and oral pathology screening. You'll be responsible for patient education, ensuring that each individual understands their oral health needs and the steps they can take toward improvement. You will maintain accurate patient records, manage treatment planning, and advocate for preventative care.

Our practice emphasizes the importance of work-life balance, offering a 1-hour lunch break during your full-time schedule. By seeing one patient at a time, you will have the opportunity to focus on providing meticulous care during 1-hour appointments, with 1-2 hours dedicated to scaling and root planing as needed.
