Front Office Coordinator

We are a small, private dental office nestled in the Broomfield community, dedicated to providing exceptional general and sedation dentistry services. Our talented female team is not only passionate about patient care but also committed to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. We are currently seeking a Front Office professional to join us full-time, as our valued team member prepares for retirement.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering excellent patient experiences by handling communications, insurance verification, accounts receivable, claims processing, and treatment presentations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental front office setting and possesses strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety and provide all necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Enjoy a 30-minute unpaid lunch break during your shifts, and take advantage of our ample parking facilities.
