Associate Dentist High Volume Practice!

LOCATION
Bethlehem, PA

Join Broad Street Dental Associates, a long-standing practice in Bethlehem with a loyal patient base and modern technology including digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, and Denticon EHR.

We offer a collaborative, high-energy environment where doctors have autonomy and can grow clinically.

Compensation:
30–35% of collections
$200K–$300K expected earnings once ramped
$750–850 daily guarantee for the first 3 months

The opportunity:
High-volume, full-scope general dentistry
Procedures include crowns, RCT, extractions, implants, cosmetic, Invisalign, and TMJ
Supported by EFDAs to maximize efficiency

Ideal candidate:
3–5 years experience or AEGD/GPR
Comfortable working independently
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
