We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Office Professional to join our bustling dental practice, specializing in General Dentistry and Periodontics. If you have a passion for customer service and a knack for organization, we want to hear from you!

In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments using Dentrix Ascend, handling billing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with our dental team to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish, should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a dental front office setting and possess strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to multitask and handle patient inquiries with professionalism is essential.

We prioritize the health and safety of our team and patients, providing personal protective equipment including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, and regular masks. Our office is conveniently located near all transportation. Enjoy a practical lunch break of 30 minutes to 1 hour during your busy day.
