Front Desk Coordinator – Dental Office
📍 Two Locations | Private Family Practice

We are a well-established private family dental practice with two locations in the Kennesaw area, and we’re looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients, so we’re seeking someone who is friendly, professional, and great at multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude

Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments

Verify insurance and collect payments

Assist with patient check-in and check-out

Maintain an organized and efficient front office flow

What We’re Looking For:

Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
