Key Responsibilities
Prepare and break down treatment rooms with a high level of organization and efficiency
Assist the doctor during procedures (restorative, crown/bridge, implants, Invisalign, sedation)
Ensure patients are seated on time and appointments run smoothly
Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos
Maintain accurate charting and documentation in Dentrix
Support infection control and sterilization protocols
Anticipate doctor and patient needs to create a seamless experience
Collaborate with the team to maintain strong clinical flow and patient experience
Uphold our standard of being fully prepared for every patient, every time

Qualifications
2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
Expanded Functions (EFDA) or willingness to grow into expanded duties is a plus
Strong clinical skills and ability to assist efficiently
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and a professional, confident presence
Comfortable with technology and digital workflows
Team player with a growth mindset and ownership mentality

Starting Pay: $23/hour (based on experience and skill level)
