General Dentist
LOCATION
Corpus Christi, TXWe are seeking a full-time general dentist to join a well-established, growing practice with a strong foundation in general dentistry, multi-doctor office, and endodontic services. This opportunity is ideal for a new dental school graduate or a dentist early in their career who is eager to build a long-term home within a stable, patient-focused environment. Each dentist in our office have their own patients. We do not share patient's unless one doctor does something another doctor doesn't. Prevents office from referring out and keeps cost down for the patient.
Our practice has been serving patients since 1987 and has been voted Best of Best by our patients for the past five years in a row. We are proud of the trust we have built in the community and are looking for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and quality care. With two experienced dentists currently in their 60s and a planned transition within the next several years, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a place to grow and stay for the long term.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry services and willing to perform simple extractions and endodontic treatment when appropriate. Specialized training is not required. We welcome candidates with no prior working experience and are happy to consider recent dental school graduates.
This position is paid based on collections, with a guaranteed pay structure for the first three months to help support your transition into the practice. Please note that compensation is offered as contract labor, and there are no employee benefits included. We are looking for a motivated clinician who is dependable, patient-centered, and interested in contributing to a practice that is actively expanding.
Additional features include a parking lot for convenient access and a flexible lunch break that you may choose based on your schedule. This is a full-time opportunity in a busy, supportive setting where you can develop your skills, build patient relationships, and grow with the practice.
