We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic and patient-centered dental practice. Located in a modern 5 operatory clinic in Dallas, our private practice is proudly owned by Drs. Cruz and Estrada and features an in-house orthodontist. We offer a comprehensive range of dental services for patients of all ages, embracing a collaborative approach to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
Our practice is equipped with the latest technology, including Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and top-of-the-line materials. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence while delivering personalized, high-quality care to each patient. You will have the opportunity to work with a team that fosters continuous learning and growth in a supportive environment.
In this full-time role, you will see one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, providing comprehensive hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing. We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable atmosphere for our patients, encouraging open communication and educating them on optimal oral health practices.
Our clinic prioritizes safety and comfort; therefore, we provide a complete set of personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, as well as regular masks. You will also enjoy a one-hour lunch break during your shift, allowing you to recharge and perform at your best.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dental hygiene, with a strong focus on patient care and comfort. A current license to practice dental hygiene is required. We offer competitive compensation, with an hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include insurance and paid time off (PTO).
