As a dental hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and providing top-notch dental services. You will work collaboratively with our multi-doctor team to deliver comprehensive care that includes restorative treatments, crowns, bridges, implants, and orthodontics. Your expertise will be invaluable in performing screenings, prophylaxis, periodontal treatments, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and screenings.
- Provide prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing for patients with varying needs.
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, ensuring patient comfort throughout procedures.
- Utilize advanced technologies, including digital X-rays and CAD/CAM systems, to enhance diagnostic and treatment efficiency.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and collaborate in treatment planning for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Proficiency in dental charting systems such as Eaglesoft, and familiarity with tools like intraoral cameras and Schick digital X-rays.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care, especially for special needs and pediatric patients.
