Front desk treatment coordinator
LOCATION
Houston, TXBlush Dental Orthodontics & Implants is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team!
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
Answer phone calls, texts, and patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
Present treatment plans, fees, and financing options to patients
Coordinate treatment from consultation through completion
Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment
Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate closely with doctors, dental assistants, hygienists, and the front office team
Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional office environment
Qualifications
Previous dental front office or treatment coordinating experience preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Team-oriented and professional
