Alliance Family Dentistry is looking for a full-time RDH to join our established Colorado Springs team. Our philosophy is simple: Conservative Care. Satisfied Smiles. We want patients to understand their health, feel comfortable with their care, and trust their dental team.
Highlights:
- $55–$65/hr target earnings (base + production bonus), PLUS Health Benefits
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Monday–Friday schedule

Technology
Solea all-tissue laser, CEREC same-day crowns, digital intraoral scanning, advanced imaging, and Overjet AI. We use these tools to make care more comfortable, efficient, and easy for patients to understand.
